This clause concerns the website itself. Ownership of work produced for clients under a paid engagement is dealt with separately, in the agreement for that engagement.

The website describes the services offered by My Brand Marketing and provides indicative starting prices. Those prices are starting points only and do not constitute a quotation or an offer capable of acceptance. Any engagement to provide services is subject to a separate written scope or agreement, which sets out the specific deliverables, price, timeline, and terms for that work. Nothing on this website forms a contract for the supply of services.
